Shearing Blades are manufactured for both hot and cold operations and are available to shear foils as thin as .2 mm  and billets as thick as 100 mm.These are manufactured from best quality alloy steel. Information on specific application of blades is to be provided by the customer. Raw material and heat treatment is imparted in accordance with the specifics application to maximize the blade performance. The shear blades are finally ground to close tolerance so that they conform to most rigorous international standards about parallelism and flatness.
